Please help me get over this confusion.
I have been selected as a MISE Trainee, but I am not sure about accepting their offer. This training program calls for 2 years of on-the-job and theoretical learning, along with a lot of travel. After the 2 years of training follows another 2 years of expatriate assignment.
I need advice from people who are knowledgeable about the MISE trainee program. Can anyone please tell me the following: 1) compensation and benefits for the MISE trainee, 2) workplace environment and behavior of supervisors, 3) if they will allow me to enroll in an MBA program after I become a MISE graduate, 4) what kind of compensation can I expect then, and 5) would a MISE program make me less marketable if I decide to switch industries?

I don’t know anything about the MISE program but i can tell you this:
Shipping is a big part of the future and present global economy.
There’s a lot of stuff assembled by poor people in the eastern parts of the world that we must get to the rich people in the western part of the world.
