I’m a Sous Chef and I haven’t taken the class but a business class would be nice considering Chefs start their own businesses sometimes.
Executive and Sous Chefs run the kitchen with the Executive Chef doing most of the paperwork and the Sous Chef watching over food freshness, preparation and presentation.
I’d like to own a diner one day serving hard working single guys their meat and potato’s. Being in the same situation I know there are a lot of us and eating is an important relaxing time for us.
