I am a recent college graduate majoring in Business Computer Information Sciences with a concentration in Networking. I work for a well known Software and Data solutions company, as a Database Administrator.
What should I do to further my career? Would like to be CTO of a hedge fund, investment bank or software company.

CTO as in Chief Technology officer?
I wouldnt expect to find that position in a financial business.

Yes a career and a job can be stressful
after going to many different careers and investing thousands and thousands of dollars
