I know it sounds like a stupid question. Anyway, I’m a music teacher in the UK. I have a bachelor of Music Composition and a Master of Music Education. I’m tired of teaching classroom music in upper school. Lower schools arent large enough to support full-time music teachers. I’m thinking I’d like to look into a new profession. But, I’m struggling to think of what other fields I’d be able to go into with my training being so specialized. I’m looking for something that would pay rougly the same.
Whats a good career for me?

Why not go into Music Therapy? With some more coursework, you can get certified as a Music Therapist. Why not use your talents and help others connect and communicate through music.
Perhaps you can first volunteer at a hospital that employs Music Therapists so you can get an idea if this is for you.
